LIVING AND DYING

We are not ready to live
‘Til we are ready to die!
And dying does terrify -
‘Til we live Jesus’ way!

No other way to win
But ask Jesus within,
And live for and with Him
Day by day!

The joy of the Lord
Will be your strength -
As you live any length -
Then, you will be ready to die!

Heavenward bound,
You owe Jesus all -
As he conquered the Fall,
And “brought you around”.

Hallelujah to the Lamb -
He taught you to live and to die!

FEAR

I’m not nearly as brave
As I thought I’d be.

Sometimes fear rises inside of me,
That awful feeling
That I try to hide.
This tide melts courage away -
Feels like it’s there to stay.
And only Jesus is near
To quell my fear.

Jesus is my only friend!
Down to the end
With me He will stay
And take that awful fear away!

JESUS IS THE WHOLE BALL OF WAX

Jesus is the whole ball of wax
And that’s just part of the true facts.

He made the Creation, it consists of Him -
Beauty, TRUTH, Justice, without any sin.

He is God’s Central Person in this beautiful place
Bringing the gift of salvation to the human race -
To those who will accept Him and see His grace.

No wonder He is “All in all” as the Bible states,
And men without number have learned not to hate,
But to try to love each other
Be kind and good
Even to the rascals in the neighborhood.

Peace on earth and blessings for all
Who truly commit to follow His call.

IN JESUS’ NAME

Everything should be done
In Jesus’ name!
Throughout the ages,
It’s still the same.

Since the Fall,
Blessing all,
That glorious name!

How can thanks
Be adequately given
For such a gift as this?

Only a life’s devotion -
Its goodness set in motion,
By God’s own Hand -
In Jesus’ lovely name.

Jesus is hope
And hope we must have!
For the wounds of the soul,
A healing salve.

So go forward with hope -
With Christ leading the way
He’s your hope for the day.

We can’t live without hope,

WE LIVE IN OUR MINDS

We live in our minds
Don’t you see!
So, why not
Live there with God
And His Salvation and Grace?
It is the best place -
Full of beauty and good.
It is the best place
In the whole “neighborhood”,
Full of love, joy and mirth
All because of Jesus’ Birth!

So, live with Jesus and God
There in your mind!
It’s the only place to be
Don’t you see?
It’s living by the Scriptures.

GOD’S RULES

We don’t just break
God’s rules,
We break ourselves!

That’s why we are all
Such fools,
‘ Til we follow Jesus!

Otherwise we are dead in sin -
Searching, wandering, empty within,
Never to win!

Love and real life are lost -
What a terrible cost! -
For not following God’s rules.

Man’s inhumanity to man
Is a fearful thing -
Its horrible sting
Could only derive
From man’s Biblical Fall.

See God’s Scriptures as True.
You’ll begin to see thru
To the good v.s. evil in man
That brings on man’s inhumanity to man.

Then you can see
God’s remedy:
It’s The Lord Jesus Christ’s
Sacrifice on the cross tree,
Redeeming man’s Fall
And defeating man’s evil ways!
